We want you to be happy with our service. This policy explains when a refund is available for orders placed with UK LTD in 24 Hours.
Before we file with Companies House
If you cancel before we submit your application to Companies House, you will receive a full refund, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as identity-verification checks).
After we file with Companies House
Once your application has been submitted, the Companies House fee is paid and cannot be recovered, and the formation work has been carried out. Formation fees are therefore non-refundable after submission.
If Companies House rejects an application
If an application is rejected because of an error on our side, we will correct and resubmit it free of charge. If it is rejected because the information supplied was incorrect or identity verification could not be completed, we will work with you to resubmit; any additional official fees may be charged.
Yearly services
Registered office and other yearly services can be cancelled at any time before renewal. Fees for a period that has already started are not refundable.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. By asking us to start work within that period, you agree that we may deduct the value of work already done, and that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ukltdin24hours.co.uk with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
