These terms apply to the use of ukltdin24hours.co.uk and to all services provided by UK LTD in 24 Hours (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide UK company formation and related business support services as described on our pricing page. We are not a law firm or accountancy practice and do not give legal, tax or financial advice.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents, and tell us promptly about any changes.
- Each director and person with significant control must complete identity verification as required by Companies House.
- You are responsible for your company’s ongoing legal duties, including filing accounts and confirmation statements and paying taxes, unless you have bought a service from us that covers them.
3. Anti-money laundering checks
We are required to carry out customer due diligence. We may ask for further information and may refuse or stop providing services where checks cannot be completed or where we suspect unlawful activity.
4. Timelines
Timelines shown on our website are targets measured in business hours. They depend on Companies House processing times and on you providing complete information and verification, so they are not guaranteed.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the Companies House incorporation fee unless stated otherwise. Yearly services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Registered office address
Our registered office service may only be used for statutory mail and the official address of your company. It must not be used as a trading or residential address. We may end the service if the address is misused or fees are unpaid, and will tell you so that you can change your registered office.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by third parties such as Companies House, HMRC, banks or payment providers.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
